农业部:2020年 三成土豆将被用来做主食-搜狐新闻 2月24日,新郑市一家有机农场的工人正在种植土豆。   记者侯梦菲文李康摄影   核心提示|昨日,吃货界被一则关于马铃薯的消息刷屏:“土豆君”成功从蔬菜界逆袭,将作为第四大主粮,被呈上我们的餐桌。   2月23日,农业部发布消息,将马铃薯作为主粮产品进行产业化开发,这意味着,土豆继水稻、小麦、玉米之后,成为我国第四大主粮作物。作为农业大省,这一政策对我省的粮食种植结构是否会有影响,我省是否会大面积推广土豆种植等,记者采访了河南省农科院的相关专家。   政策   土豆“上位”,将作为我国第四主粮   在吃货的世界里,酸辣土豆丝、土豆炖鸡块、炝炒土豆片……才是土豆的正确食用方式。但农业部明确指出,到2020年,马铃薯种植面积扩大到1亿亩以上,适宜主食加工的品种种植比例达到30%,主食消费占马铃薯总消费量的30%。   释疑   土豆为何会从蔬菜界“逆袭”   具备什么样的“气质”,才能做主粮?河南省农科院经济作物研究所研究员杨铁钢告诉记者,他认为主粮最起码应具备两个条件:一是能为人类提供充足的能源能量,二是消费比重足够大,能满足大多数人的饮食习惯。   在蔬菜界“混”的土豆满足这些条件吗,凭什么“逆袭”为主粮?   “营养全,易种植,产量高,易贮存。”郑州市蔬菜研究所马铃薯研究室主任吴焕章认为,土豆的这几个“气质”,让它最终晋级成为主粮。   “马铃薯营养全面,产业链长,具备作为主粮的条件,同时也是顺应目前中国老百姓的营养需求。”吴焕章认为,与小麦、水稻、玉米三大主粮相比,马铃薯除了含有人体必需的碳水化合物、蛋白质、膳食纤维外,还富含维生素C、维生素B以及钙、钾、铁等矿物质元素。   此外,马铃薯全粉贮藏时间更长,在常温下可贮存15年以上。一些国家把马铃薯全粉列为战备储备粮。我国马铃薯主粮化可为国家粮食安全提供新保障。“马铃薯是重要的粮菜饲兼用和工业原料作物,由于其高产稳产、适应性广,受到全世界的高度重视。”   “马铃薯主粮化有利于缓解资源环境压力,实现农业可持续发展。”马铃薯相对于其他作物,比较耐旱、耐寒、耐瘠薄,种植区域广。马铃薯生长需水量只有350毫米,而小麦、水稻分别是450毫米和500毫米。   落地   河南种植面积100万亩左右,多分布在山区   长期从事马铃薯研究工作的吴焕章告诉记者,据不完全统计,目前我省马铃薯的年播种面积在100万亩左右,主要分布在山区,年际间变化不大,一般亩产2000公斤左右,高产可达3000~4000公斤。   作为“国家粮仓”,未来,河南是否会扩大土豆种植面积?河南有哪些种植优势?杨铁钢认为,马铃薯的地位肯定会有提升,但不会大面积铺开种植。   “与西北、东北等地相比,河南属于‘两熟区’。”杨铁钢说,我省马铃薯属于早熟区域,每年五六月上市,此时也是马铃薯淡季,有很好的价格优势。另外,长期种植某一类作物,容易造成土壤中某一类元素缺失,给粮食安全带来很大风险。他建议,将来,我省实行小麦、玉米和马铃薯换季倒茬种植,这样可以减少病虫害,提升粮食产量。“不过,在推广种植面积的同时,还应该搞好产销衔接,拉长产业链,做好深加工。”   “据统计调查,马铃薯亩纯收入平均在1500元,收益相对较高。”吴焕章说,河南的马铃薯生产水平较高,亩产在2000公斤左右。   延伸   超四成吃货,愿意将土豆作主食   “我们习惯将红薯和土豆归为薯类。”省农科院粮作所薯类、杂粮作物研究室副研究员李君霞告诉记者,河南也一直把土豆当做蔬菜种植。   土豆晋升主粮,吃货们怎么看?昨日,记者在大河客户端、大河报官方微博做了一项小调查,看看吃货们的回答。   截至昨天19时,共有83名“吃货”参与问卷。69.9%的吃货们,心目中的主粮还是小麦,18.1%的吃货将大米作为主食,而3.6%的“土豆星人”,选择了土豆作为主粮。   愿不愿意将土豆作为主食?41.3%的吃货表示愿意,坚决不愿意的吃货比例也占到了41.3%,剩余17.5%的吃货表示愿意尝试。相关的主题文章:
